Is shipping included In the prices?
If product name includes free shipping, then you will do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free available for every country.
For products without "free shipping" are not included in the item prices: you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order.

How do I save on shipping?
Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.
If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.
*How Long Will It Take To Delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 10-30 days, and express shipping normally takes 7-15 days. Processing takes 3-5 days normally. * Are the packages insured? Shipping with couriers is insured and can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery any time you want.

Return Policy
There is 2 parts in our return policy for regular size dress and customer size dress.
If you order a regular size dress, please check out Conditional Use for the return procedure.
For the customer size dresses, sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Since all dresses are made to order (manufacturers start making your dress at time of order, they do not keep inventory of any dresses). We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to order the right size, color, style since all sales are final.
Our company only accepts returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. We are, therefore, limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every order to ensure it's exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition. If you find something we missed, you have 5 business days from the time EMS delivers to the designated shipping address to let us know so we can remedy the situation immediately.
