Are you an online bridal store only?

No, our business is done online and we also operate retail bridal stores in some area where the price is different. This allows us to better control our costs and pass the savings on to our clients. As such we are not your traditional bridal boutique where you can try on gowns off the rack...instead we custom make each gown for every client and allow them the flexibility to make modifications to the design style to suit their specific desires.

 

Why would I buy a wedding gown online?

Buying online isnt for everyone. Many brides still want to try on dresses at stores and see what styles and colors best suit them. It can be a fun and enjoyable experience.

Our clientele tend to be those brides who have very discriminating taste and want a specific style of gown that they either cant seem to find in stores or simply refuse to pay the prices that certain stores are charging. Many have told us of very unpleasant experiences in visiting bridal stores where they were treated poorly and often felt pushed into buying a certain style or make of gown that they simply didnt want. We offer clients any style of their choice (from A-line to Ball gown) and the ability to choose train length, bodice style, type of lace, embroidery, etc. Our clients are opinionated on what they want and we believe that no bride should settle for anything less than an extraordinary wedding gown for their special day.

 

I have never ordered online before. What is involved?

The process is similar to mail ordering by catalog. Once you have made your choice simply email or call us and one of our sales reps will explain everything to you and answer all your questions. We will not accept an order without ensuring that our client is comfortable and fully understands the process and what to expect.

 

How long will it take to receive my dress once it is ordered?

The standard interval is 20-40 days. We can sometimes accommodate rush orders (in under 20 days) for an additional cost depending on availability.

 

Can I purchase a gown over the telephone?

Yes; one of our sales reps would be delighted to call you and assist in placing your order.

 

Do you carry designer label gowns?

No we do not; our gowns are all custom made and are design inspired; which means that they will closely resemble the photographs shown but are not a specific designer label. The images shown on the website are reference photographs to illustrate the basic design and cut of the gown and allow the client the option of modifying the style as desired. We carefully hand pick all of our fabrics (exquisite Silks, imported French Laces, elegant Chiffons, etc.) to ensure that they are of the highest quality and standards. We insist on these superb quality materials and we use only the most highly qualified seamstresses to ensure that each and every one of our gowns offer truly exceptional value for the client. Their satisfaction is our number one priority.

 

Which size should I order?

Please see our Measurements section for an explanation. We offer gowns in both standard sizes as well as in custom measured sizes.

 

Do you provide alterations?

No. We make each gown in accordance with the agreed measurements when it is ordered. Occasionally a bride may need some minor tweaking (sometimes they might gain or lose a bit of weight before their gown arrives) and for this we recommend that they contact a local seamstress in their area - these people are highly skilled at doing alterations. We build in generous inseams in all our gowns to allow for easy adjustments if needed.

 

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes.

 

Can you send me a catalog?

We do not produce a printed catalog. Our website is our online catalog.
