Return and Exchange

Return:

- We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which excludes size and color problems. - Your requests must be received within 24 hours by email after we receive your order to get permission for return or exchange, otherwise we will not accept.

- Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any conditions.

- Since the size of the dress is provided by the customer, we can not offer any return. Please find a professional tailor to measure you in order to make the dress fit your body.

- We dont take any responsibility on the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to re-confirm all your order details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within 5 business days after the payment date, we will make your order according to the confirmation email we sent before without any return and exchange.

- We can not offer refund because of the late remittance of your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.

- We make dresses strictly according to the confirmation email you confirmed. The style, fabrics are the same as the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as not like the pictures we offer, dissatisfy about the quality and not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.

- We do not accept the request for return if your received product does not meet your requirement on the hang of the style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design can not be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.

- All returned items must be in original package and condition.For all return, you need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock fee (for example, if you order item value is USD 150, the refund is USD 105), and the shipping cost you paid when you purchased the items will not be refundable.

- We can not accept any return and exchange if it is the express companys responsibility such as late delivery damaged packing, wrinkled dress and so on. Please check the package before signing in order to protect your own rights.  For wrong shipping, shipping delay or destroyed package caused by wrong shipping information we get from customers (receivers full name, address with post code and contact phone number), we can not accept return and exchange.

- For all the returns, shipping charge you paid is non-refundable in both ways. And we will also 25% of your payment for the material chargee.

Exchange:

- Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to exchange.

- Goods need to be shipped back to the designated returning address by the customer after getting the permission code; we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-ship to your address will also be charged .

- Please use Post Office to ship back items to us, if use TNT or DHL or UPS, China customs will ask for taxes, and sorry we do not take any responsibility for taxes.

We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 24 hours after we receive your order with a proof, and all problems must be solved within one week.
